What photos to send
At least one clear photo of each person: face fully visible, no sunglasses or heavy shadows, decent resolution. Smiling photos work best, and two or three angles help us nail the likeness. Photos taken at different times are fine — we combine them into one scene.
Add photos of anything else you want in the picture: the dog, the car, the house, the team logo.
Tell us the story
The details are what make a caricature personal. Tell us about hobbies, job, pets, favourite places, catchphrases and inside jokes — and what the occasion is. We’ll suggest a scene in the sketch, and you can change anything before we start the colour version.
Timing
Standard delivery takes 7–10 days from your order. Rush delivery in 3 days costs +$19 when our schedule allows. Around Christmas, order early.
What you receive
A high-resolution digital file you can print anywhere — on canvas, metal, acrylic, a mug, a pillow or a card. We don’t ship physical prints, so you’re free to choose the printer and size you like.
Common questions.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing when you order. After you approve the black & white sketch we send an invoice for 50%; the other 50% is due when the colour drawing is ready. Invoices arrive by email or WhatsApp and you can pay with any card.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. The sketch stage is the best time. Mistakes on our side are fixed free after the final drawing; new ideas added later may have a small surcharge that we agree with you first.
Is it really hand-drawn, or a photo filter?
Every caricature is drawn by hand on a graphics tablet — no filters, no AI apps. Working digitally lets us add fine detail and vivid colour, and make changes at any stage.
What if I’m not happy with it?
We keep revising until you are. If it still isn’t right, we cancel the order and refund any advance you paid.
